Joombarn-buru Business Registration

To support Joombarn-buru members who own a business, Joombarn-buru Aboriginal Corporation (JBAC) has developed a JBAC Member Business Register. This Register will allow JBAC to efficiently connect member businesses with local businesses and identify potential subcontracting and procurement opportunities (i.e. with Kimberley Mineral Sands).

If you're a JBAC Member and have a business, we encourage you to register your details.

What the JBAC Business Register offers:

• Promoting Your Business: Registered businesses will feature on our website and may be promoted to stakeholders seeking to engage Aboriginal-owned businesses.

• Connecting Opportunities: We may share potential subcontracting or partnership opportunities with registered businesses when they arise.

Please note:

• Registering your business does not guarantee work or contracts through JBAC and/or other organisations.

• JBAC will not be involved in commercial negotiations between businesses and their clients or contractors. These remain the responsibility of the business owner.

• JBAC accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from inclusion on the Register or from dealings between registered businesses and third parties.

• Any concerns or disputes between a business and its clients must be resolved directly.

• JBAC retains the right to determine business eligibility for inclusion on the Register.

• Registration is free, and there are no ongoing fees.

• If your JBAC Membership ends, your business will be removed from the Register.

• All businesses listed are expected to act in good faith and respect confidentiality and commercial-in-confidence expectations.
